A business process can involve capable software and still depend on people to hold everything together.
Someone carries information from one system to another. Someone chases a missing document, finds the right reviewer or reconstructs why a decision was made. When a request waits, a team changes or an API returns an uncertain result, that coordination becomes part of the job.
