01 / Choose your starting point

Three ways to put
Frozion to work.

Choose the outcome you need. Each offering has its own adoption path; you can build an application without first starting with agent governance.

01Use the agents you have

Govern Existing AI Agents & Resources

Your agent can make the change. Who decides whether it should?

Keep your current agents and business systems. Apply identity-aware authorization, business policies and human review at configured action boundaries. Inspect the decisions, attempted actions and reported outcomes.

First project

A supplier bank-detail change

An existing agent proposes the update. Policy, current authority and the required reviewer determine whether the protected operation may proceed.

02Complete a business process

Build Governed Agentic Business Applications

Your systems hold the records. People still piece the process together.

Build purpose-built composite applications across systems of record, SaaS, APIs, documents and communication channels. Give employees, customers, vendors, partners and management the experiences and permitted actions to complete a repeatable business process.

First project

An invoice exception from intake to resolution

Connect vendor documents, purchase and receipt records, employee investigation and authorized review in one case. Record the destination system’s reported result.

03Make expertise repeatable

Build Agentic SaaS & Accelerators

A successful implementation should give the next customer a stronger starting point.

Build reusable, configurable accelerators for SI delivery or independently branded, multi-tenant Agentic SaaS products. For direct SaaS publishing, retain product IP, brand, customer relationships, pricing and subscription revenue under agreed commercial terms.

First project

A repeatable invoice-exception offering

Reuse the application pattern. Configure each customer’s integrations, permissions and policies for its own operating environment.

Explore SaaS & accelerators

Each first project is scoped with you: the systems, controls and deployment that fit.

Your second use case
starts further ahead.

New use cases can build on the same execution, identity, policy and evidence services. Reuse the foundation and application patterns while defining the right controls for each environment.

Each application or customer keeps its own permissions, approval assignments, data boundaries and integrations.

Authority & policy

Give rules a place to live.

Use explicit authority and business rules for protected actions, with scope appropriate to the new application.

Human decisions

Make review part of the work.

Reuse approval patterns. Assign the right people and evidence to the decisions in each use case.

Workflow continuity

Carry work through the wait.

Your Frozion-managed workflow retains supported state through waits and recovery, with conditions rechecked before action.

Connected evidence

Keep the outcome inspectable.

Connect requests, policy, approvals, attempted actions and reported results for review and investigation.

03 / A focused first project

One action, workflow
or product idea.

A useful first engagement has a clear business owner and a testable outcome. Bring one meaningful piece of work and define what a credible demonstration should prove.

  1. Define the outcome.

What should happen, who is responsible, and how will the business know the work is complete?

  2. Identify the boundaries.

Which people, agents, systems, data, approvals and consequential actions are involved?

  3. Agree the proof.

Select a realistic example. Confirm the connections and controls in scope, including what should happen when a condition changes.

04 / Questions

Choose your path.
Keep your options open.

Start from the business requirement, then define the application and integration scope around it.

No. Start with the work you need to accomplish: an existing agent action, a composite business application, or an SI accelerator or SaaS product. Each has its own adoption path.

No. Frozion applications and configured governance paths work around supported existing systems and their native control boundaries. The scope of each integration is established for the engagement. Existing-agent governance applies to the actions connected to the configured boundary.

SI accelerators are reusable, configurable application and workflow patterns for client delivery; IP and delivery terms follow the applicable SI and customer agreements. Agentic SaaS products are independently branded, multi-tenant software businesses. Under the direct-publisher model, publishers retain their product IP, brand, customer relationships, pricing and direct subscription revenue while licensing Frozion infrastructure on agreed terms.

Yes. All four offerings share Frozion’s governed execution foundation. Reusable platform services and application patterns can support additional use cases, while each new application retains the permissions, integrations, policies and tenant boundaries appropriate to its environment.
