Why now

Scaling agents requires
a shared foundation for business execution.

An agent can select a tool, choose an action and assemble its inputs. Scaling that ability across the business requires current authority, common facts, explicit policy, human judgment and a process that can finish the work.

Frozion connects those responsibilities on one runtime, with visual inspection before, during and after execution.

  1. A consequential request

Change supplier ACME-204’s bank account, from ending 4821 to 9056.

  2. A connected business case

Delegated authority, current facts, policy PV-4 and review of proposal r3.

  3. A defined finish line

Revalidate, invoke the contracted operation and establish the ERP-reported outcome.

Follow this case through the six requirements below.

More autonomy raises
the demands on the whole process.

Software has always branched at runtime. Agents add model-selected tools and inputs, more cross-system handoffs and decisions made as work unfolds. The foundation must connect the business purpose to every governed action.

01

Tool access becomes a business decision.

MCP makes internal tools, workflows and external capabilities available through a common interface. As agents reach more systems, the business must determine which identity, delegated scope and policy apply to each action.

Frozion’s Tool Call Resolver/Router presents internal tools, workflows and connected external MCP endpoints to the LLM. Parameters can be populated over multiple model turns before invocation. Tool choice, input resolution and permission to execute remain separate decisions; external MCP calls receive policy checks before and after execution.

02

Connected data needs shared business meaning.

A policy, an agent and a reviewer can reach different conclusions when they use different records, definitions or calculation times. Connecting another data source does not establish which facts the decision should use.

Frozion connects governed queries, scoped context, knowledge retrieval and reusable Feature Store calculations. Source references, calculation definitions and freshness checks stay attached. Agents, policies and people can use consistent inputs instead of recomputing the same business fact in separate steps.

03

Model variability needs a defined execution role.

Model responses can vary. Business execution still needs explicit contracts, permitted paths, policy conditions and completion criteria. A suggested action must become work whose inputs, controls and result can be inspected.

Frozion composes exact queries and rules with model tasks, registered capabilities and durable workflows. Contracts check the values crossing a boundary. Policy determines whether work proceeds, waits for a person or stops. After a consequential call, the process distinguishes a confirmed result from a pending or uncertain effect.

04

Human decisions need the whole case.

A reviewer needs to know exactly what is proposed, why it needs review and which evidence supports it. The decision must stay connected when the person, browser or calling agent is no longer in the same session.

The ready-made HITL Inbox brings the exact proposal, eligible facts, supporting evidence and real-time case thread to an authorized internal reviewer. Frozion binds approval to the reviewed revision and requires FIDO2 where policy calls for it. Durable state retains the case through the wait; authority, policy and approval conditions are revalidated before the next protected action.

05

Scale requires inspection and maintainability.

As agents, tools and policies multiply, teams need to inspect what can happen and what a change affects. Reviewing isolated logs after an incident leaves the design, dependencies and live work disconnected.

Frozion makes workflows, policies, contracts, mappings, lineage and provenance visual. Inspect definitions before publication, follow active work and trace completed outcomes within your permitted scope. Dependency views, workflow-version comparison and simulation on recorded cases help teams review changes before approval and publication, while rollback supports controlled recovery.

06

Repeatable work needs an application people can use.

Employees, customers, vendors, partners and management participate in business processes with different roles and responsibilities. A repeatable process needs a purpose-built experience connected to its records, actions and decisions.

App Builder gives people forms, portals, workbenches and management views backed by the same governed workflows and facts. Keep existing systems of record authoritative while coordinating the work across them. Reuse the foundation as you add agents, processes and participant experiences; the HITL Inbox remains for assigned internal members.

The interface, the execution
and the facts belong to the same process.

Frozion brings three modules together so an application screen, an agent’s tool call and a human decision use the same governed business case.
